Ways to Pay

SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company offers you several convenient ways to pay your gas bill.

My Access Online

An easy, fast, and secure way to manage your SEMCO account online. Register today, and you will have access to these services:

  • Making or scheduling a payment
  • Reviewing account and payment history
  • Turning on, off, or transferring your service
  • Updating your mailing address
Login or Register

eBill

eBill is a free service that enables you to view and pay your monthly gas bill through My Access Online. Instead of receiving a paper bill each month, you will receive an email when your eBill is ready to view. After you enroll in eBill, you will have the option to pay your bill online, without fees, using your checking or savings account.

Online

Even if you choose not to enroll on eBill, you can still pay your bill through My Access Online. Payments may be made by using your credit card or electronic check. To register or make a one-time payment, have your SEMCO account number and your street name available. A fee of $3.50 will apply.

Direct Payment Plan

While enrolled on the Direct Payment Plan, your total bill amount will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on your due date each month. Best of all, the service is free, and enrollment is easy! You can also avoid late or missed payments, writing checks, or buying stamps.

To learn more about the Direct Payment Plan, contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-2019. If you would like to enroll, simply sign into My Access Online, or Click Here to print the enrollment form. You will need to provide the checking or savings account number and the routing number you are authorizing payments to be deducted from. Please allow 30 days for enrollment processing.

By Phone

SEMCO ENERGY also accepts credit card and electronic check payments over the phone and through the 24-hour automated phone system. Just call 1-800-624-2019 and pay with your VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or electronic check. Have your SEMCO account number and a credit card or your bank account information ready. A fee of $3.50 will apply.

In Person

SEMCO’s APS Bill Payment Program allows you to pay your gas bill, in person, at conveniently located retailers for a small fee. Just look for "Pay your SEMCO bill here" signs in our participating merchants’ windows.
