The SEMCO Energy Efficiency Assistance Program reduces financial barriers to energy efficiency and home comfort by providing customers with increased incentives upgrades. Participants must meet established household income levels (currently 250 percent of poverty level), which are based on the federal income guidelines published by the US Department of Energy Weatherization Program.

Upgrades and services may include:
• Two diagnostic tests to determine air leakage and heat duct leakage
• Duct sealing and maintenance, as determined by the installer, to reduce leakage
• A programmable thermostat
• A furnace safety test and clean-up
• High-efficiency showerheads
• Kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators

Multi-family structures containing five or more units in each building may be eligible for:

We offer rebates and technical assistance to C&I customers to help them upgrade to higher efficiency equipment, make changes to existing equipment, improve productivity, and much more.
